PURPOSE AND CAPABILITIES OF THE VESSEL
The trawler has an unlimited navigation area and can be used for pollock and herring trawling off the eastern coast of the Russian Federation, in the Bering and Okhotsk Seas and adjacent areas. The design features of the trawler make it possible to fish in the Arctic region with maneuvering in small ice at low temperatures.
The vessel is fully equipped with modern systems for bottom and pelagic trawling. The fish processing factory will provide a full cycle of operations from sorting fish to parallel processing of fillets, surimi and caviar, followed by freezing, packaging, storage and shipment. The by-catch and offal will be used to produce fishmeal and fish oil. Storage of fishmeal is predetermined in bags weighing 40 kg in the hold at a temperature of 0 0C-10 0C. Storage of fish oil is provided in special hull tanks.
