PURPOSE OF THE VESSEL
The vessel is intended for business trips and recreation of the highest leaders of the state.
The vessel's navigation area is inland waterways of the European part of Russia. Access to the coastal areas of the White Sea (to the Solovetsky Islands) is allowed from June to October inclusive, with a favorable weather forecast and a wave height of up to 2.5 m.
