Purpose
The ship is intended for business and recreation voyages of the state top leaders.
Area of navigation – inland waterways in the European part of Russia. It is allowed to navigate in the coastal areas of the White Sea (as far as the Solovetsky Islands) from June through October at favourable weather conditions and wave height up to 2.5 m.
