Purpose 

Carriage of the following types of cargoes in the cargo holds and on the hatch covers: international standard containers including refrigerated containers; general cargoes; bulk cargoes (including grain, coal, mineral fertilizers); timber in packages, round timber; metal scrap, metal in bundles and rolls; bulky, long and heavy cargoes; dangerous cargoes of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9 classes as per  IMDG Code and Annex В of IMSB Code.

Navigation area 

  • sea areas corresponding to the restricted navigation area R2 with a wave height of 7 m with 3% probability at the distance of no more than 100 miles away from the harbor of refuge and at the distance of maximum 200 miles between the harbors of refuge;
  • inland waterways of the European part of the Russian Federation with passage in the Volga-Don Ship Canal and the Volga-Baltic Waterways, taking into account the restrictions, including the Volga-Caspian Canal.
