- sea areas corresponding to the restricted navigation area R2 with a wave height of 7 m with 3% probability at the distance of no more than 100 miles away from the harbor of refuge and at the distance of maximum 200 miles between the harbors of refuge;
- inland waterways of the European part of the Russian Federation with passage in the Volga-Don Ship Canal and the Volga-Baltic Waterways, taking into account the restrictions, including the Volga-Caspian Canal.
